ROKO SYSTEMS ANCHORING SYSTEMS

Roko Systems is a well-known and respected manufacturer of anchoring systems for the installation of stone facades and architectural concrete cladding.
Roko Systems - is one of the leaders in dry installation anchoring systems.

The need for solid fixings
Dry installation technology consists of fixing the stone slabs to the walls of the building using anchors, without the use of bonding compounds between the stone and the wall. It is a simple and inexpensive solution for a load-bearing wall made of reinforced concrete or a brick wall.

The anchoring elements are made of acid-resistant stainless steel - they are not subject to erosion and are insensitive to weather.

ANCHORS FOR FACADE INSTALLATION

SUPPORT ANCHORS

They are available in different variants carrying the entire load capacities:

The RK-V-a-P support anchors take the form of a steel flat bar with one end corrugated and the other end straight. A hole is made in the flattened end of the flat bar in which a steel pin is placed.

The RK-H-a-P support anchors take the form of a steel flat bar with one end corrugated and the other end bent. A hole is made in the flattened end of the flat bar in which a steel pin is placed.

The RK-R-a-P support anchors take the form of a steel pipe. A dent is made in one end of the pipe , and the other end is flattened. A hole is made in the flattened end of the flat bar in which a steel pin is placed.

STABILISING ANCHORS

RK-S-a-H are in the form of a steel bar with one end corrugated and the other flattened. A hole is made in the flattened end of the flat bar, in which a steel pin is placed. The purpose of these anchors is to transfer horizontal loads and wind loads.

SCAFFOLDING ANCHORS

The stone façade is usually installed from scaffolding anchored to a reinforced concrete wall. Such scaffolding needs to be re-anchored during façade installation. According to the design, two-part scaffolding anchors are installed in the joint between the slabs in the load-bearing wall. One part (fixed) is placed at the back of the stone slabs and remains invisible at all times. The second part consists of removable elements to which the scaffolding is attached. At this point, the previous anchoring is removed. When the installation work is completed, dismantling the scaffolding also removes all visible scaffolding anchors. Should the scaffolding need to be erected again in the future, it will be anchored to the same anchors already installed.

ANCHORS GLYPH CONNECTORS

Type G-60/30-4 - their function is to join two stone or concrete elements permanently (without glue). The main part of the connector is made of 600mm x 60mm x 4mm angle iron and 30mm long.

GLYPH CLAMPS TYPE-KV

Their function is to reinforce two stone or concrete elements that are joined together with an appropriate adhesive. The clamps are made of stainless steel.

SPECIAL ANCHORS

For unusual solutions, we design individual technical solutions. We advise on the choice of façade anchoring system and on the introduction of new technical solutions.

INDIVIDUAL DESIGN SOLUTIONS

It is possible to adapt the scope of work individually for each project.
